At 9 AM, the Xinghuo annual meeting kicked off with uplifting warm-up music. New Year blessing videos played in rotation on the big screen, immediately energizing the crowd. The four hosts, Xu Lei, Liu Xinyuan, Li Tao, and Lyu Sizhen, took the stage together to extend New Year greetings to all Xinghuo family members.
Over the past year, Xinghuo has consistently adhered to the guiding principles of “upholding the Party’s leadership, maintaining stable development, and operating with integrity.” Through deep cultivation in the fields of special-purpose vehicles, new energy vehicles, and emergency equipment, the Group’s business indicators have steadily improved, and the Xinghuo Brand’s influence has continued to expand.
At the annual meeting site, multiple Xinghuo brand star models were displayed simultaneously, covering core products such as Xinghuo Truck-Mounted Cranes, Xinghuo Tank Trucks, and Xinghuo Tank Semi-Trailers. At the annual meeting, Group General Manager Zhu Wu delivered the “2026 Annual Meeting Work Report,” comprehensively summarizing the work of 2025 and deploying the development plan for 2026. The report pointed out that 2026 is a critical year for the Group’s strategic transformation towards an “integrated full-industry chain” and a key year for realizing the grand vision of a “Century-old Xinghuo with Billions in Output Value.”
The Group will anchor its goals, continue to increase R&D investment in the New Energy Vehicle sector, deepen the layout of the Emergency Equipment industry, while focusing on optimizing the product performance and market service of advantageous models like truck-mounted cranes, tank trucks, and tank semi-trailers. It will promote digital and intelligent transformation to further enhance the global competitiveness of the Xinghuo brand.
Honors & Recognition: Celebrating Our Heroes
Role models set the standard; pioneers step up to lead. This annual meeting featured dozens of award categories covering individuals, teams, and partners, with recognition reaching a record high.
In terms of individual honors, 47 “Advanced Workers” received certificates and prizes. They are the “backbone” rooted in the production front line, strictly controlling quality. Four “Demonstration Models” stood out, becoming the “pacesetters” in middle and senior management positions. Among them, the management backbone from the Truck-Mounted Crane Professional Factory won the title of “Intelligent Demonstration Model” for their outstanding performance in upgrading the truck-mounted crane production line, showcasing the innovative spirit of the Xinghuo people in manufacturing core models.
In the highly anticipated Top Ten Sales System awards, over 200 sales elites were honored, ranging from “Gold Medal Order Followers” to “First Prize” winners. These Xinghuo people, working on the front lines of sales, have promoted star models like the Xinghuo Truck-Mounted Cranes, Xinghuo Tank Trucks, and Xinghuo Tank Semi-Trailers across the country and exported them overseas, making outstanding contributions to the steady growth of the Group’s sales performance. Notably, units such as the Export Chassis Division and the foreign trade sales team won the “Second Prize of the Top Ten Sales System” for their excellent performance in exploring the overseas market for tank semi-trailers.
The recognition in the production and operation sector was equally significant. The four major award categories – Business Incentive Award, Business Progress Award, Business Contribution Award, and Best Business Contribution Award – covered various production units with output values ranging from 20 million to over 300 million RMB. Units closely related to truck-mounted cranes and tank trucks, such as the Changwei Truck-Mounted Crane Professional Factory, Special Hazardous Chemical Tank Truck Directly Affiliated Factory, and Hazardous Chemical Tank Truck Professional Factory, won the Business Contribution Award and Business Progress Award respectively, becoming the backbone of the Group’s development.
Meanwhile, five units, including the Sanitation Emergency Equipment Professional Factory and High-End Watering Sprinkler Truck Directly Affiliated Factory, won the “First Prize of Best Business Contribution Award” and received overseas travel rewards, becoming the “core engines” of the Group’s development.

At the annual meeting, Party Committee Secretary Yuan Changcai, Chairman Cheng Aluo, and Board Chairman Cheng Daoguo successively delivered important speeches.
